Section Title Here

Serenity HospiceCare came to us with an important goal: to fill the lives of their patients with peace and comfort. Our objective was to build a website that would convey Serenity’s authentic desire to fulfill that goal with every patient that they encounter. We approached this through building a simple consultation form, implementing a blog to tell their patients’ touching stories, and organizing their content to make it easy for people searching for answers.

Website Development

A Clear Place for Answers

We recognized Serenity’s need for easy navigation, so we gave them a responsive website that makes who they are and their range of services clear. It even features messages from the staff and a helpful Q&A page to aid visitors in finding the information they need.

Website Planning

Personal Touches

Serenity HospiceCare knew they needed a website that made it known to visitors how much they care. We built their website to feature their stories through blogging, videos, and messages from Serenity HospiceCare staff. We even organized their content in a way that makes it easy to see why they are different.

Form Building

An Easy Way to Reach for Help

We built Serenity HospiceCare’s Consultation Form with the idea that we wanted to make people feel comfortable asking for help. We knew long forms would be intimidating, so we built a two-step form where users can enter their basic info so that a Serenity HospiceCare staff member could reach out to them.

Video Production

Stories That are Meant to be Told

It’s no secret that Serenity HospiceCare’s nurses are some of the most caring in the business, and they wanted to share the stories from their journeys with various patients who have touched them. We produced “Jack’s Story” to tell the true story of a special outing with a nurse, patient, and his granddaughter to enjoy fishing one last time.

Austin, John, and the Element 74 team lead me through the process with such ease, I quickly learned I didn’t need to be worry. They understood our company vision, the graphics that were needed, and the message to convey. The design was perfect, the process was easy, and the outcome was EXACTLY what we hoped for. The professionalism and the quality of work is impeccable. So grateful to have had Element 74 on this project!”
